Bought this PC base unit around 2 months ago.
Having a max of £400 to spend I thought this was a pretty good buy. Fine for the first month, second month power supply went BANG, spoke to south india as you do for some help and was instucted over the phone to take the side pannel off and check all the connections. I was a little uneasy doing this because you hear of void warranty because a non approved repair engineer has been tampering. Assured that it was acceptable I continued. As a novice to computers I had not backed any files up and was told that it was company policy to format the hard drive. I was not happy because I had information I could not afford to lose. When I explained this to the agent i got the impression "well tough". Finally I spoke the the repair centre in Warrington and explained my situation, they were a lot more helpfull and much more understanding. The courier picked up the PC on Thursday and told to expect at least a 5 working day turn time. Got the pc back on the Tuesday morning. Credit to warrington.
Now the computer is up and running, you will not find, I do not think a better more practical computer for the home
